Customer Complaint Escalation Levels


1. Customers who are not satisfied with our services may lodge a complaint regarding any deficiency through our Toll-Free Number: 1800 313 6520 /through website/ can lodge the complaint through the Complaint Box, which is available at all branches.

2. If a complaint remains unresolved within 10 days, customers may escalate the issue to the Branch Manager and record the details in the Complaint Book, which is maintained at all branches. Customers also have the option to file their complaints directly with the branch at the initial stage. The contact details of the branches are as follows:
